Our 3.5 hour course is focused on developing a good working knowledge of the theory behind Power Flushing and why it is import to clean systems and ensure that they comply with BS7593, and practical hands-on experience at using a Norstrum Proflush unit.

There is a growing demand for Power Flushing services, not only from new boiler installations but also from existing heating systems that need to be cleaned so they will operate correctly and efficiently.
Most heating systems in the UK have not been flushed on a regular basis, many of have cool radiators and non-functioning TRV’s due to the build up of sediments. Recent research also suggests that some 70% of systems have never been treated with corrosion inhibitors! So there is a lot of potential work out there.

If you have some experience of central eating systems then learning Power Flushing is not too difficult. Our course covers both the theory and practical hands-on training and we use a Norstrum Proflush system – the best there is! On completion of the training you will receive a certificate of competency – assuming you pass the short test.
